All our creams are processed in UHT ( Ultra Hight Temperature ), this allows you to maintain the product even at ambient temperature without spores and/ or microorganisms that make the product go bad.
The bags are filled by a fully automatic procedure in a controlled atmosphere in order to reduce any contamination. In addition, the blue envelope allows us to detect any foreign objects inside the product by means of detectors.
The carton is 16 kg – 8 bags of 2kg each.
The recommended storage temperature is 6/10 second.
Once opened, keep the bag in the refrigerator.
